These sessions are founded in the rhythms, steps and dance moves originating from cultural traditions of Guinea, West Africa.

All sessions are run with live drumming.

12 – Free dance and self warm up

12.30 – Guided Guinean Dance choreography

1 – Self choreography practice or free dance

1.30 – Guided choreography performance

1.45 – Warm Down
