Menu is gluten free and spice level can be modified based on your taste and tolerance.

Entrée: Sambal Udang – Balinese style chilli prawn

Main: Stuffed calamari – Whole calamari with stuffed with herb and spices, steamed in banana leaves

Dessert: Jaja Batun salak – Rice dumpling in coconut sugar syrup
