In 2023, Eliane Morel and Daryl Wallis’s Disenchanted: A Cabaret of Twisted Fairy Tales was a huge hit at the Robbie Burns Hotel. In 2025, they return with a new show: Still Disenchanted, recently nominated for Best Cabaret and Best Performer at Newcastle Fringe. Set in a Parisian salon (in the sumptuous salon-like parlour of the Robbie Burns Hotel), hosted by the Godmother of Fairy Tales, this show features disgruntled fairy tale characters, clamouring to tell their side of the story – in song! Hilarious, topical, interactive, clever and above all fun, this is an afternoon to warm your hearts in the middle of Winter. Doors open at midday for lunch and drinks, with the show starting at 2pm.
