Join Jules to learn about the traditional method of preparing spices and creating delightful Balinese dishes using fresh simple real ingredients.

Menu on the day are:
Entree: Pepes Tofu
Spiced tofu steamed in banana leaves

Main: Tipat Cantok a.k.a Balinese version of Gado gado
Balinese favourite street food with tofu, tempeh, rice cakes, snake beans and the super tasty peanut sauce.

Dessert: Jaja Timus
Balinese steamed sweet dumplings made from tapioka, coconut and coconut sugar
All meals are vegan, gluten and dairy free
