THE APOSTLE TOUR : Peter, Paul … plus Andrew & Michael gathered a short history of the western world of music. Last year with Montz on Banjo, this time the story continues swapping to our Prince of Slide, PETE FIDLER.
Epic in their contributions to acoustic music in Australia and a few world parts, they are champions & highde mand session players of their musical instruments and perform seamlessly reflecting their 30 years of association in harmony and song.

A long time contributor to Australian music and natural born to the slide instruments. Been many times part of Clermont’s 20 years of the musical Supper Club and often in concert with Wookey. He appears on many Award winning CDs and he cuts loose like there’s no
tomorrow! And loves the 50s too!

Paul Wookey
Although reasonably adept at an old country ballad, (Paul was a Gold Guitar winner at the Tamworth Country Music Festival in 1981!) his first love is the blues and old 50’s &60’s rock&roll. Paul has toured with Mick Jagger,Joe Satriani, Jimmy Witherspoon, John Hammond, Charlie Musselwhite, Brownie McGee, Vince Gill, Jessie Winchester, Mark O’Connor, Dan Crary, Byron Berline, Albert Lee, Mickey Newbury, Ralph McTell… and the list goes on

Andrew Clermont
is an absolute musical chameleon (he’s worn many musical shirts to Tomerong!!)and champion of the stringed instrument family and didgeridoo. With a love of acoustic music that has gained him three Bluegrass Guitar Championships as well as a Golden Guitar, Andrew is a performer that
truly needs to be seen to be believed.

A powerhouse performer, Michael Vidale is a legendary slapping double bassist, Chapman Stick player and Bass Guitarist. Michael has played for some of Australia’s greats… Reg Lindsay, Jimmy and The Boys, Slim Dusty Travelling Country Band, The Flying Emus, The Whitlams, Feral Swing Katz, Dale Watson, Rosie Flores and many, many more.
