A special Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival event, Rhythm Yoga & Flow is a unique combination of movement, music and flow.
Join instructor Ali Dear for an amazing live music session at the Kiama Lighthouse lawn! Chill to the sounds of double bass, courtesy of The Butchers, as you take in the magnificent sights at the Kiama Lighthouse. Leave feeling energised, connected and relaxed.
This is a 90 min ‘all levels’ flow class so everyone is welcome!
