Art classes with a difference. Paint and Sip classes are designed for everyone, providing an enjoyable art class where your tutor, Dr Gillian Rhys (PhD visual arts) demonstrates painting techniques and guides you through the art making process.
The painting you see featured above is the project we will have for this week!
We will use acrylics on canvas to paint wine bottles and glass with warm reds and yellows.
While you paint you can taste local wines , or a coffee if you prefer. Antipasto platters also available. Each week we offer a different art project, so you can come along once or twice, or become a regular guest
Paint and Sip classes are suited to painters of all levels of experience. Each week we have a new project and your experienced tutor, Dr Gillian Rhys (PhD visual arts) demonstrates painting and drawing techniques. Beginners find this a lot of fun as it makes the art making process easier to grasp. More experienced artists pick up new ideas and techniques and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of painting.
The atmosphere is perfect for painting with beautiful views of Jasper Valley and grape vines all around. The wines on offer are exceptional and the antipasto platters are delicious. Group bookings are welcome.
