LAZYBONES, MARRICKVILLE, SEPT 2

The band has been on quite the ride since their last gig at Lazybones nearly a year ago…

These parties in our Favourite Sydney Venue have been epic.

AND  it’s going to be a humdinger : bringing in SPRING with a full tilt boogie to the Launch of their first album : Live at El Horses 2022-2023 recorded over the last 2 years at our Favourite South Coast Venue……as is….what you hear and see is what you get, in the spirit of an era when live albums were “mandatory and in demand!”…..

It will be their only appearance at Lazybones, Sydney for 2023, and It will be a Special night as they will will be joined by THE SPECIALTIES, led by HDC saxman Wayne Rigby specialising in Blues, Soul, Jazz, and Alt Country, with the incredible powerhouse vocalist Shannon Carswell and one red hot rhythm section. This band recently picked up 5 nominations from the Sydney Blues Society 2023 Blues Awards (including Wayne and HDC helmsman Will Van Eckert.)

For those with staying power, there is a midnight band as well, and it’s always funky!

We will be playing all the cuts from the album, plus of course a few new ones, so it’s a perfect weekend to come get a bit of Sydney! If you haven’t been to Lazybones……
