Entree: Sate Be pasih – Spiced minced barramundi and spices wrapped on sugar cane sticks

Main: Lawar Be Siap – Traditional Balinese Salad with chicken, shredded coconut and spices

Dessert: Pandan roll – pandan crepes with roasted coconut and coconut sugar filling.
