These three course cooking classes will take you on a journey and a glimpse of Jules childhood in a small village of Bali.

Classes are hands-on classes where you get to get to experience the traditional method in preparing tasty Balinese dishes.

Menu on the day are:
Entree: Udang Asem Manis
Battered prawn with tamarind sauce
Main: Ayam Betutu
Balinese all time favourite, steamed chicken breast with fragrant organic spices
Dessert: Jaja Batun salak
Sweet rice dumpling with coconut sugar syrup

All meals are gluten and dairy free.
